Kristen is the owner and founder of Alexander Lilly Events, an event planning and design company servicing the Chicago-land area. As owner, creator and editor of The Wedding Newsletter, Kristen oversees the complete content of the newsletters, she oversees each of The Wedding Newsletter departments as well as the day-to-day operations in sales, design and customer service. She is a graduate of Wayne State University with degrees in Speech language Pathology, counseling, and education.
JEN BANOWETZ - MANAGING EDITOR
Jen is a writer and editor for The Wedding Newsletter. She has covered everything from Academy Awards to insect invasions at outdoor weddings. She has also written for publications such as E! Online and Charleston Weddings magazine. Her work also has appeared in the book Going to the Chapel. She has a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.
CLAIRE JOHNSON - WRITER
Claire is a writer for The Wedding Newsletter and for the Alexander Lilly blog, specializing in styles and trends. She is also a wedding planner for Alexander Lilly Events. She graduated from DePauw University with degrees in Sociology, Spanish and Religions.
AMY RANDALL - PROJECT MANAGER
Amy is the Sales Manager for The Wedding Newsletter. With a degree in interior design and years of experience in marketing and project management, Amy has also branched out into the event planning industry with her own cake and cookie decorating business. With Amy’s tech-savvy skills, keen eye for design and experience as a small business owner herself in the event planning industry, she is a valuable liaison to her Wedding Newsletter clients. Amy collaborates one on one with each client to ensure their account is set up quickly and easily, utilizing all the tools The Wedding Newsletter offers in reaching out to their bride-to-be clients and potential clients. Amy is a graduate of Central Michigan University.
ALEX ABRAMOWICZ - SALES ASSOCIATE
Alex is a Sales Associate for The Wedding Newsletter and a Project Coordinator for Alexander Lilly Events. Alex has a strong background in customer service and has a degree from DePaul University in Hospitality Management. He prides himself on bringing people together and using social media systems to engage clients.
